Ingredients
1 Lavash Bread
4 oz BBQ pork
1 oz roasted red pepper, chopped
1 oz prosciutto
1 oz olive oil
½ oz Korean dressing
3 oz gouda cheese, grated
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F
Lay the Lavash bread on a wire cooling rack with a sheet pan underneath. Take the olive oil and Korean dressing and spread them over the bread. Add the roasted red peppers, BBQ pork and gouda cheese
Place in oven and bake for 8 minutes, until crispy and bubbly
Cut into squares and serve
