Ingredients

12 chicken tenders

4 oz flour

2 eggs, whipped

2 cups barbecue potato chips, crushed

8 oz ranch salad dressing

1 ¼ teaspoons black peppercorns, blanched

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.


Rinse the chicken tenders and pat them dry. Coat them in flour, ensuring all sides are covered. Next, dip the chicken in the pan with beaten eggs to coat them. Finally, transfer the chicken tenders to a pan with crushed chips and coat thoroughly.


Place the tenders on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 12 minutes or until fully cooked.


Sauce:

Blanch the peppercorns in water until they soften. Once cooled, add them to the ranch dressing, mix well, and serve as a dipping sauce.
