Ingredients

1 loaf of white sliced bread

3 oz unsalted butter, melted

1 cup raisins

12 eggs

6 cups milk

2 ¼ cups sugar

3 teaspoons cinnamon

3 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation

In a large bowl, break up the bread. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, and sugar. Then add the cinnamon, raisins, vanilla, and butter. Then add the broken-up bread and mix well with your hands


Let stand overnight; when ready to cook, mix well before bowling


Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place in 12 ramekins, bake for 45 minutes and finish with Bourbon sauce
