Ingredients
7 ½ cups broccoli florets, small pieces
¼ cup raisin, soaked and drained
2 green onions, sliced
1 oz bacon bits, cooked and drained
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white vinegar
¼ cup sugar
7 oz cheddar cheese
1 pinch salt and pepper
Preparation
Soak raisins in warm water, then drain and set aside. In a skillet, cook the bacon bits until crispy, then drain on a paper towel
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar, then add the chopped green onions, raisins, bacon, and broccoli, and mix well
Season with salt and pepper, then add the cheddar cheese. Let stand for 1 hour before serving
