Short Description
Soft tortillas are rolled with creamy, spicy buffalo chicken, blue cheese, cheddar, and green onions, then sliced into bite-sized pinwheels for a flavourful appetizer.

Ingredients
½ lb chicken tenders, cooked and shredded
4 oz cream cheese
2 oz hot wing sauce
1 oz blue cheese
3 oz 5 cheese blend
2 green onions, sliced
2 tortillas, 10 inch
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Bake the chicken on a greased baking sheet for 20 minutes at 350ºF, then let it cool and shred it.
Soften the cream cheese in a mixer; add the hot sauce and blend. Incorporate the remaining ingredients except for the tortillas. Evenly spread the mixture over the tortilla shells.
Roll them tightly, wrap in plastic wrap, and place on a tray. Refrigerate overnight and slice the following day.
