Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, cooked, mashed
3 oz garlic cream cheese
1 ½ oz heavy cream
1 pinch salt and pepper
Preparation
Cook the cauliflower florets in salted water until they are soft, then drain them and transfer to a mixing bowl.
Use a mixer to mash the cauliflower, then incorporate the cream cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish to keep warm.
