Ingredients
1 ⅜ tablespoons butter
1 ⅛ tablespoons flour
6 ¾ oz heavy cream
⅓ cup horseradish
salt and pepper
½ teaspoon lemon juice
4 green onions, sliced
Preparation
Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour; mix well to make a roux. Slowly add the cream, whisking as you pour the cream in and simmer for 15 minutes
Once the flour has cooked out, add the horseradish, lemon juice and seasoning. Just before serving, add the green onions
