Ingredients:
12 oz Ghee or clarified butter
2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
1 package lobster ravioli
2 green onions, sliced
4 oz Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation
In a small saucepan, add the Ghee and fresh sage and warm. In another large saucepot, bring salted water to a boil
Place bowls in a warming oven. Once the water is boiling, add the pasta, and follow the cooking directions on the package. Once cooked, add a little butter to the bottom of the warm bowl, add the drained pasta, then top with more butter
Garnish with green onions & Parmesan cheese
