Ingredients

2 cans artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped

2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated

2 cups mayonnaise

2 pinches salt and white pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon hot sauce

Preparation

Set the oven to preheat at 350ºF.


Process the artichokes in a food processor until they are coarsely chopped.


Transfer the mixture from the processor to a bowl. Mix in the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and hot sauce, stirring well with a spoon.


Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake for 15 minutes or until it becomes bubbly.
