A crispy Asian Pork Pizza topped with BBQ pork, roasted red peppers, gouda cheese, and a tangy Korean dressing, baked to perfection.

Ingredients
1 Lavash Bread
4 oz BBQ pork
1 oz roasted red pepper, chopped
1 oz prosciutto
1 oz olive oil
½ oz Korean dressing
3 oz gouda cheese, grated
Preparation
Set the oven to 425°F.
Place the Lavash bread on a wire rack with a baking sheet beneath it. Spread olive oil and Korean dressing over the bread. Top with roasted red peppers, BBQ pork, and Gouda cheese.
Bake in the oven for 8 minutes, until the bread is crispy and bubbly.
Slice into squares and serve.
