Ingredients
1 can baked beans 120 oz
½ onion diced fine
½ cup brown sugar
6 tablespoons Creole mustard
2 pinches salt and white pepper
1 red or green pepper, chopped fine
4 teaspoons cornstarch
Preparation
Mix everything in a bowl or pan
Cover with lid or parchment paper and foil and bake for 1 hr at 300°F
Let stand for 20 minutes before serving
