Ingredients
12 chicken tenders
4 oz flour
2 eggs, whipped
2 cups barbecue potato chips, crushed
8 oz ranch salad dressing
1 ¼ teaspoons black peppercorns, blanched
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Wash the chicken tenders and pat dry. Then place in the flour, dust the chicken on all sides, Then place the chicken in the pan with the whipped eggs and coat. Transfer to the crushed chips pan and coat the chicken tenders
Lay on a sprayed baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 12 minutes or until cooked
Sauce:
Blanch the peppercorns in water until soft, then add them when cooled into the ranch dressing. Mix well and serve as the dipping sauce
