Ingredients
4 ½ oz sour cream
1 ½ oz horseradish
1 pinch salt and pepper
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 dash lemon juice
⅓ teaspoon granulated garlic
⅔ oz heavy cream
4 tablespoons chives, chopped
Preparation
Whisk everything in a bowl and season to taste. Let it stand in the fridge for 3 hours
