Ingredients
1 head of romaine lettuce, diced
1 oz bacon bits, cooked and chopped, weight
2 oz corn, roasted
1 oz oil
4 oz tomato, diced
1 oz blue cheese, crumbled
2 green onions, sliced
8 oz blue cheese salad dressing
Preparation
In a skillet, roast the corn in some oil over medium heat; remove and place on a paper towel
Place the cut romaine, bacon bits, roasted corn, and tomatoes in a bowl. Lightly toss, drizzle the dressing over it when ready to serve and top with blue cheese and green onion
