Ingredients
1 lb unsalted butter, whipped to soft peaks
8 teaspoons garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne or paprika
4 tablespoons parsley, dried
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, whip butter until soft peaks. Then add the garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cayenne, and parsley.
Once blended, layout in a line on parchment paper. Roll into a log, and this can be refrigerated or frozen for later use
