Ingredients
2 ½ lbs mashed potatoes
1 teaspoon of chicken base
2 tablespoons of butter
6 oz feta cheese
1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
4 oz heavy cream
salt and pepper
Preparation
Boil the potatoes with chicken base and water until they are soft, then drain and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Whip them until they become light and fluffy.
Next, incorporate the cream, butter, Greek seasoning, and feta, and blend for an additional 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
