Ingredients
1 lb whipped butter
2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons dried tarragon
2 teaspoons kosher salt
¾ teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Whip the butter until light and fluffy. Add the other ingredients and whip for another 3 minutes
Lay parchment paper out, add the butter, and make a log and roll. Place in freezer until ready to use
