Ingredients
2 ¾ cups macaroni
3 oz roasted red pepper, diced fine
5 oz mayonnaise
½ oz creole mustard
3 oz relish, sweet
2 oz ranch salad dressing
Preparation
In a stockpot, cook pasta in salted water, rinse and cool
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, relish, and ranch until blended. Add the noodles, mix and then add the roasted red peppers
Season to taste, and let stand for 1 hr in the fridge to cool completely
