Ingredients
2 cans artichoke hearts, quarter
1 can hearts of palm, sliced
2 pints grape tomatoes, sliced
7 oz feta cheese
7 oz Italian dressing
Preparation
Wash and slice the grape tomatoes in half, place in a bowl
Slice the hearts of palm about ¼ inch thick and dice up the artichoke hearts. Mix with the tomatoes then and add the feta cheese and dressing. Mix well and let stand for 1 hour before serving
