Ingredients
2 cans artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups mayonnaise
2 pinches salt and white pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Preparation
Preheat oven 350ºF
Blend the artichokes in a food processor until coarsely chopped
Remove from the mixer and place into a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and hot sauce. Thoroughly blend with a spoon
Place in an oven-proof dish and bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly
