Ingredients
1 oz soy sauce
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
½ teaspoon salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 lb coleslaw mix
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the coleslaw in a bowl, then pour over the coleslaw
Let stand for 1 hour before serving
