Ingredients
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
2 cups cucumber, sliced ¼"thick
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
¼ cup rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Preparation
Wash and peel the cucumbers and slice ¼ inch thick and place in a bowl; add the salt and let stand for 5 minutes
Add sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in another bowl. Pour this over the cucumbers and let stand for 20 minutes and then sprinkle with sesame seeds
