Short Description
Grilled pork sliders topped with microgreens and chutney, served on buttery grilled French bread.

Ingredients
24 oz pork loin, sliced ΒΌ
4 dashes BBQ seasoning (see recipe)
4 oz butter, melted
1 dash salt and pepper
2 loaves french bread
1 oz microgreens
8 oz chutney, garnish
3 oz oil
Preparation
Heat the BBQ in advance.
Cut the pork into slices and season with BBQ spice, salt, and pepper. Apply oil to the pork to prevent it from sticking to the grill.
Grill the pork on both sides until fully cooked, then place it on a tray to rest. Slice the French bread, brush it with butter, and grill it.
Layer the micro greens on the French bread, add the pork, and finish with the chutney on top.
