Ingredients
24 oz pork loin, sliced ¼
4 dashes BBQ seasoning (see recipe)
4 oz butter, melted
1 dash salt and pepper
2 loaves french bread
1 oz microgreens
8 oz chutney, garnish
3 oz oil
Preparation
Preheat the BBQ
Slice and season the pork with BBQ spice, salt, and pepper. Brush the pork with the oil so it won't stick to the grill
Grill the pork off on both sides until cooked, place on a tray and let rest. Slice the french bread, then brush with butter and grill off
Layer the micro greens, then pork on the french bread and top with the chutney
