Ingredients
12 oz black beans, canned, drained, and washed
3 oz frozen corn kernels, thawed
4 oz tomatoes, seeded and diced
½ small onion, diced
1 oz fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
3 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil blend
1 dash salt and pepper
Preparation
Combine beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro in a bowl. Then add the lime juice, oil, and red wine vinegar
Season with salt and pepper. Chill overnight and serve with corn chips
