Ingredients
2 oz soy sauce
¾ teaspoon ground cumin
¾ teaspoon paprika
¾ teaspoon garlic salt
¾ teaspoon oregano
⅔ teaspoon chilli powder
¼ teaspoon coriander
2 oz olive oil
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and then toss your protein with the marinate. Let it stand for 1 hour before cooking
