Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, cooked, mashed
3 oz garlic cream cheese
1 ½ oz heavy cream
1 pinch salt and pepper
Preparation
Boil the cauliflower buds in salted water until tender, drain and place in a mixing bowl
Mash the cauliflower with a mixer, then add the cream cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Place in an oven-able pan to keep warm
