Ingredients
1 graham cracker crumb pie crust
12 oz cream cheese
6 oz sugar
2 eggs
1 ¼ teaspoons vanilla extract
5 oz sour cream
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325°F
Cream the cream cheese and sugar in a mixer with the whip attachment. Add the eggs one at a time until blended through. Then add the vanilla and sour cream
Pour into pie crust and bake for 45-50 minutes in the oven or until the cake jiggles evenly across the top when lightly shaken. Let cool on the counter and refrigerate when cooled enough
