Short Description

A rich and creamy chocolate cheesecake with a chocolate graham cracker crust, smooth chocolate cream cheese filling, and a hint of vanilla, baked to decadent perfection.

Ingredients

1 graham cracker crumb pie crust or 10 3-inch shells

12 oz cream cheese

5 oz sugar

2 eggs

1 ¼ teaspoons vanilla extract

5 oz sour cream

1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325°F.


Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.


In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Slowly mix in the melted chocolate, then add the vanilla and sour cream, stirring to combine.


Pour the batter into the pie crust and bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the cake's surface moves slightly when gently shaken.


Let it cool on the counter, then refrigerate once it has cooled sufficiently.
