Ingredients
1 cup raspberries, frozen, pureed
1 cup mangos, pureed
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon basil leaves
Slurry
Preparation
Mix the fruit in a saucepan, bring to a low boil and add the sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes and then add the basil leaves. Simmer for another 5 minutes and lightly thicken with the slurry
