Ingredients
3 large green tomatoes, cored, seeded, and diced
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup honey
1 ½ teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 pinch salt
½ sheet gelatine
Preparation
Add the tomatoes, brown sugar, vinegar, honey, salt, and crushed pepper flakes in a stockpot. Cook on medium for 10 minutes. Dissolve the gelatin sheet in little water and then whisk it into the tomato mix
Simmer for another 10 minutes, pour into a glass jar and let cool
