Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 ⅛ teaspoons chopped garlic
⅜ onions, minced fine
¾ teaspoon salt & pepper
⅜ teaspoon Italian seasoning
⅜ teaspoon granulated garlic
1 egg
⅓ cup Panko breadcrumbs
Preparation
Run the onions through the food processor, then place them in a bowl. Add the meat and seasonings and mix. Then add the egg and Panko breadcrumbs
Use a portion scoop to keep the size consistent when portioning. Place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and bake in a 350℉ oven for 20-25 minutes, depending on how big they are
