Ingredients
½ cup diced red pepper
½ cup chopped green bell pepper
2 cups diced fresh or frozen mango
1 teaspoon dry cilantro
1 dash lime juice
1 dash salt and pepper
Preparation
Dice the peppers and mango ½ by ½. Add the cilantro and lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Let stand for 1 hour before using
