Ingredients
2 ½ lbs potatoes
1 teaspoon of chicken base
1 onion sliced
1 ½ tablespoons horseradish
2 tablespoons of butter
4 oz heavy cream
salt & pepper
1 oz oil
Preparation
Cook the potatoes with some chicken base and water until tender, drain, then place into a mixing bowl and whip until light and fluffy
While the potatoes are mixing add the, caramelize onions
Then add the cream, butter and horseradish and blend for another 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper
