Ingredients
1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon gelatine powder
3 cups heavy cream
⅓ cup honey
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch salt
Preparation
In a bowl, add the milk and gelatine. Let stand for 5 minutes to soften the gelatine
Then place in a saucepan and warm until the gelatine has dissolved. Then add the sugar, heavy cream, salt, and honey. Mix until the sugar is dissolved
Place in wine glasses, ramekins, or muffin tins.
Place in fridge for at least 6 hours. Garnish with fresh fruit
