Short Description

Indulge in our Salted Caramel Chocolate Flourless Cake—rich, bittersweet chocolate and salted caramel create a decadent, melt-in-your-mouth dessert with a delicate crust and unforgettable flavour.

Ingredients

4 oz bittersweet chocolate or 115 grams

4 oz salted caramel chocolate or 115 grams

1 stick unsalted butter or 4oz

¾ cup sugar

3 eggs

½ cup of cocoa powder

Preparation

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and butter together, whisking until combined.


Beat the eggs until they become fluffy. Once the chocolate and butter mixture is melted, remove it from the heat. Stir in the sugar, followed by the eggs, and mix thoroughly. Sift the cocoa powder into the mixture.


Line a round cake pan with parchment paper, spray it, and pour the mixture into the pan.


Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until a crust forms on top.


Once baked, allow it to cool slightly, then invert onto a sprayed sheet pan or plate. Cut into 16 slices.
