Ingredients
½ lb sausage, cooked
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
3 cups biscuit mix
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup of water
Preparation
Brown the sausage in a pan, remove the oil, and process it in a food processor.
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then incorporate the sausage, heavy cream, and water; the mixture will be sticky.
Using a scoop or spoon, place portions onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
