We love a recipe that feels like home — and this bacon-wrapped meatloaf hits every note. Thick-cut smoked bacon keeps the loaf juicy while giving a crisp, caramelized finish. We use a beef-and-pork mix, breadcrumbs and eggs to bind, plus onions, garlic, parsley and smoked paprika for depth.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) until the center reaches 160°F (71°C), let rest 10 minutes, then slice and serve with mashed potatoes, roasted veg and a drizzle of gravy or maple glaze. Try adding shredded cheese for a gooey center or swap for turkey if you want it leaner. 🍽️🥓🍠🥔
