Blackberry Granita

This was a very easy recipe that our R&D aka Alevia found while browsing through yet another publication. If you like to have very light desserts or even a cleanser between courses this works really well

When you make a Granita, remember to make ahead of time as it needs time to set-up in the freezer. Also, this will last at least a month in the freezer in a sealed container. Pick any recipe from the internet that appeals to you and make for friends and family, and of course yourself!

Note:

• this is a wonderful dessert for summer which can also be used as a refreshing summer time drink with some Vodka, a scoop of the Granita as the ice, topped with Fresh mint leaves
