Chicken Breast | Stuffed Gnocchi


A quick and tasty one-pot dish. Chicken Breast was sautéed in the pan first, then removed with the drippings left in the bottom to give the sauce more flavour. Add the mushrooms, shallots, and some dry white wine and reduce. Once reduced, add some chicken stock, heavy cream, seasonings, salt and pepper to taste. Gnocchi was placed in the sauce to cook and help it thicken a bit. Finally, the cooked chicken was added back in and simmered until ready to serve

Top with a little Fresh Chopped Parsley and a dash of Tajin. A nice quick dinner and very hearty
