This little packet of flavour was made from leftover meatloaf with added extras from Alevia's kitchen. Quesadillas were made with peppers, onions and meatloaf with different toppings: Fresh Guacamole, Creme Fraiché, Corn Salsa and Toasted Spiced Chickpeas

A hit at Alevia's Kitchen dinner table; everyone was looking for more.
