Octopus Salad

Adding a little seafood to our diet. This grilled Octopus was served with roasted vegetables & potatoes with a drizzle of lemon-infused olive oil & white balsamic peach, and cherry vinaigrette. The vegetables were served at room temperature & the Octopus was seasoned with salt & pepper and quickly grilled on the BBQ to get a nice charr


Once it was plated the oil was drizzled over the Octopus and then the balsamic peach was drizzled all over the plate
