Ingredients
2 qts Sister Schubert's rolls, diced
½ oz granulated garlic
¼ oz kosher salt
⅓ lb unsalted butte
Preparation
Dice the rolls into ½-by-½ cubes. In a saucepan, melt the butter, salt, and garlic together. Pour over the diced roll and toss. Lay out on sheet pans
Bake 250℉ for 30 minutes or until the pieces are crunchy. Let cool and bag for later use
