Curry Chicken Salad Wrap

A swift and simple dinner is paired with a bowl of robust Homemade Canadian Pea Soup. The chicken, seasoned with Asian spices, was baked and then chopped. The Curry sauce was prepared using mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, and curry powder. Everything was prepared in advance.


The fresh ingredients included sliced red grapes, julienned carrots, and sliced red onion. The vegetables, fruit, and chicken were mixed with dressing to coat the salad, with the extra sauce served on the side for dipping. To add some crunch, we included toasted butternut squash seeds (we aim to minimize waste). The roll was straightforward: some Bibb lettuce, followed by the curry chicken salad, then wrapped and rolled.
